Board Members & Officers
Board members are elected at the annual meeting in January for one-year terms. (Bylaws, Article VI, Section VI.) The term stated for Board members may vary slightly from the posted date and is dependant upon the actual date of the annual meeting.
The annual meeting is on the third Monday of January, if not a legal holiday. If that Monday is a legal holiday, the meeting will be held on the following day. (Bylaws, Article VII, Section 2.)
The outgoing President of the Board serves as an Alternate Director for one year to provide continuity in the matters considered by the Board.
